Work which may be accomplished <br /> includes culvert and ditch maintenance, flood control activities, erosion control work, placement of <br /> rip rap materials, earth work, placement of temporary sediment control measures, snow removal <br /> operations and other maintenance activities as necessary at the mine during snow melt run-off. <br /> Enclosed are a project description, map, and Bid Schedule. <br /> No bid bonds are required. <br /> Site Showing <br /> There will not be a site showing. Please refer to the attached map for the site location and <br /> anticipated project area. <br /> Bid Submission and Evaluation <br /> Bids shall be submitted by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2000 by mail or fax (303) (832-8106) <br /> to Yvonne Brannon, at the Division of Minerals and Geology. Telephoned bids will NOT be <br /> accepted. Bids shall include a total price and a price for each bid item. <br /> Bids will be evaluated by comparing the grand total on the enclosed Bid Schedule. For each piece <br /> of equipment, silt fence, rip rap or straw bale, multiply the quantity by the unit price. Enter this <br /> price in the Total Cost column. The sum of the Total Cost column is the Grand Total. Award will <br /> be made to the lowest Grand Total bid. <br />
