41"'
7,-X",-
At tip-
X ?41
Control of the weed infestation at the Sutey Refuse Pile grazing area is
important, but of a slightly lesser priority then the Old Refuse Pile. Of the two
areas in the vicinity of the Sutey Pile, the three acre area is a higher priority than
the slopes of the Sutey Refuse Pile. However, please make every effort to graze
these two areas equally in duration and intensity.
Prior to your arriving at the site, I will have seeded the areas to be grazed. I will
also place wood lathe stakes with flagging attached to help delineate the
boundaries of each grazing area.
I will not be at the site during the week of July 10. Dan Mathews, of the Division,
will visit the site during the grazing project, and will be available to answer any
questions you may have. Please contact Dan (970-242-5025) as soon as you
know when the goats will arrive at the site, so that he can schedule his visit to
Coa4 Basin.
I think that this summarizes our agreements. Please contact me as soon as
possible if you think of anything that I have left out, or mis-stated. I can be
reached at the phone number below.
I am looking forward to working with you to help control the weed infestation at
Coal Basin.
Sincerely,
Steven G.
