Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br /> SEED BID 2000 <br /> PKA-021 V <br /> The Department of Natural Resources Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Division of Minerals <br /> and Geology, is soliciting bids for five seed mixtures as specified: Coal Basin Mine Site Seed <br /> Mixture, Pond Reclamation Seed Mixture, Diversion Seed Mixture, Subalpine Mix and Alpine Mix. <br /> The price quoted must be per pound PLS delivered to the address specified for each mix (see <br /> below). <br /> Bid Submission and Evaluations <br /> Bids shall be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on March 21, 2000 by mail, fax or in person to Maggie Van <br /> Cleef, Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Denver, Colorado 80203. The fax <br /> number is (303) 866-5575. Telephoned bids will NOT be accepted. The attached bid schedule <br /> must be submitted by all bidders. Award will be made to the lowest grand total bid. Any <br /> substitutions of seed varieties will be reviewed by the Division of Minerals and Geology for <br /> acceptability. The State will be the sole judge of equals. See STATE OF COLORADO <br /> SOLICITAITON INSTRUCTIONS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS, section 2.3.3. <br /> Work Description <br /> The attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to all work. <br /> NOTE-THE SEED SUPPLIER MUST NOTIFY EITHER JAMES MCARDLE OR YVONNE <br /> BRANNON ( 303-866-3567) OF THE EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND TIME AT LEAST 1 WEEK <br /> PRIOR TO DELIVERY SO THAT THE DIVISION OF MINERALS AND GEOLOGY CAN MAKE <br /> ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE DIVISION OF WILDLIFE PERSONNEL AT EACH DELIVERY <br /> POINT AS NOTED BELOW. <br /> Unit price for the Coal Basin Mine Site Seed Mixture, Pond Reclamation Seed Mixture and <br /> Diversion Seed Mixture shall be FOB destination, and include delivery to Carbondale, Colorado. <br /> Delivery must be made by May 7, 2000 to the following address: <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> C/O: Colorado Division of Wildlife <br /> Crystal River Fish Hatchery <br /> 2957 Highway 133 <br /> Carbondale.
