A copy of the attendance <br /> list is attached. A revised bid schedule is also attached. <br /> Please note the following clarifications and amendments to the Coal Basin Mine Slope <br /> Stabilization Project Invitation and Bid: <br /> 1. Additional acreage is being added to the Project. Please see Task 10, below. <br /> 2. The maximum allowable width of access trails across previously reclaimed <br /> roads is approximately eight feet(8') approximately the outside width of a D- <br /> 4 dozer. All equipment, including trucks, trailers and All Terrain Vehicles, <br /> must confine their travel to this eight feet (8') wide track. <br /> 3. Road Rehabilitation measurement and payment is being changed to a Lump <br /> Sum unit. Please see Revised Task 9, below. <br /> 4. The requirement for the mulch to be bundled in 800 to 1,000 pound bales is <br /> deleted. The weight of the individual bales will not be measured. The <br /> requirement for the mulch to consist of certified noxious weed free or noxious <br /> weed seed free Slender Wheatgrass remain unchanged. The amount of mulch <br /> to be placed remains at 2,000 pounds per acre. <br /> All terms and conditions of the Invitation and Bid other than as changed by this <br /> amendment remain the same.
