Payment Adjustment Due To Non - Target Species Mortality <br />Percent Non - Target <br />Species Killed <br />Percent Bid Price Paid <br />Payment for this Task will be reflected in Bid Item 1 on the Purchase Order Quotation Form. <br />The amounts bid for the Spring and Fall herbicide applications will cover all costs necessary and <br />incidental to posting and removing signs, applying the specified herbicide at the required rate <br />per acre, and will include all equipment, machinery and labor necessary to complete the Task <br />as described in this specification. If significantly Tess than 90% of the target species are not <br />killed by the application, or if a significant number of non - target species are killed by the <br />application, Payment will be adjusted as described above. Payment will be made only for the <br />prices bid in Item 1 of the Purchase Order Quotation Form, except if modified as a result of the <br />sampling procedure, and as work is completed and approved by PROJECT MANAGER. <br />6 <br />
