There are several conditions to Mr. Pendleton' s <br /> approval as detailed on page 2 of the memo. The Division requires your <br /> commitment to these conditions before final approval can be given. <br /> I have reviewed Chapter One as revised for the Mid-term. Deficiencies or <br /> general comments follow: <br /> 1 . The term '"alleged" must be deleted from all NOV's that were upheld and <br /> fines paid. Also "alleged" must be deleted as a description for the Pattern <br /> of Violations. <br /> 2. Table 6 (Other Licenses and Permits) has not been reviewed, as I <br /> understand you are in the process of revising it to bring it up to date. <br /> 3. Publication of the application updating will not be required as it <br /> entails only incorporating previously approved revision. However, your <br /> original publication for the permit application needs to be included. <br /> 4. The legal description of Tract A does not coincide with the Property <br /> Holdings Map (Exhibit 1-A-1 ). Specifically, Section 5 of T10S and R98W <br /> appears to show more acreage than described by the legal . This could be due <br /> to the irregular shape of Section 5.
