7. Nipple up 13 3/8" X 3000# W.P. blow out preventer
(BOP) and test BOP and casing to 500 psig for 30
minutes. Install Grant Rotating Head on top of
BOP with blow line for air drilling to shale pit.
8. Rig up adequate air equipment to drill 12 1/4"
hole with air or air-mist to 2400'+.
4 - Compressors
1 - Booster
1 - Mist Pump
9. Drill with air or air-mist with 12 1/4" stabilized
hole to top of the "GOB" zone or just below the
Dutch Creek Coal seam. Attempt not to drill into
the fractured zone. Check hole deviation every
100'/300' as required keeping hole deviation less
than 30 from vertical.
10. Circulate hole with mud.
11. Run and set 2400'+ of 9 5/8" 36#/ft, K-55 ST&C
casing. Cement 9 5/8" with adequate cement to
circulate cement to 1500' above the casing shoe.
Set 9 5/8" slips in well head. Test 9 5/8" casing
to 1000 psig for 30 minutes.
12. Nipple up to drill out of the 9 5/8" casing with
air-mist using 2/3% KCL water and foamer. Drill
8 3/4" hole into the "GOB" area in 15'/30' incre-
ments testing for gas flow as the hole is drilled.
Continuously monitor methane content of air-mist
at all times. Drill to approximately 2750'+. Do
not drill into mined area.
-2-
