PROPOSED DRILLING PROGRAM <br /> FOR "GOB" HOLE WITH 9 5/8" CASING <br /> EMPLOYING AIR-MIST DRILLING <br /> 1. Clear site suitable for drilling rig and equipment <br /> of sufficient size and design to drill the well in <br /> an efficient and workmanship manner. <br /> 2. Drill 30" hole and set 40' of 20" Steel Conductor <br /> Easing. Cement to surface with Redi-Mix cement. <br /> 3. Rig up rotary drilling rig and hook up drilling <br /> nipple to mud tanks. <br /> 4. Drill 12 1/4" hole from 40' to 300' using mud and <br /> water. Use one 12 1/4" 3 point reamer stabilizer <br /> above bit and a IBS stabilizer 60' above bit. Check <br /> hole deviation every 30'/60' as required. Keep <br /> deviation less than to from vertical. <br /> 5. After drilling 12 1/4" pilot hole to 300' , ream <br /> 12 1/4" hole to 17 1/2" with pilot reamer with <br /> 17 1/2" stabilizer above reamer. Check deviation <br /> in 17 1/2" hole prior to running 13 3/8" casing. <br /> 6. Run and set 300' of 13 3/8" OD, 54.5#/ft, K-55, <br /> ST&C casing and cement to surface with 350 sxs <br /> regular cement. Put guide shoe on bottom joint <br /> and insert float valve 1 joint above guide shoe. <br /> -1- <br />
