This
letter reflects discussions we have had and input we have received from
Mid-Continent, the U.S. Forest Service and other interested parties since the
draft midterm 1 etter was sent out on February 20, 1991 .
Based on information presented in your letter of April 9, 1991 , it is our
understanding that no sediment pond cleanout is anticipated to be necessary
during 1991 , based on current sediment levels and projected sediment
accumulation rates. These projections will need to be updated at least
quarterly based on observed sediment levels and, with respect to the
016 ponds , TSS levels and flow volume measurements of pond inflow.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincereijr,
t
c
Dan T.
