Z <br /> Map II-B-7 Att. 6-19 includes a survey of the "Fish Pond" <br /> which is a fresh water intake pond, not a sediment control <br /> pond. It serves to hold intake water from Coal Creek which is <br /> used in the coal preparation plant. A notation to that effect <br /> has been included on the map. <br /> The maps have been revised for clarification. Map II-B-7 Att. 6-12 <br /> has been marked "Superseded" at the 009-B pond survey from 1982; <br /> Map II-B-7 Att. 6-14 has been marked "Superseded" at the 008-B pond <br /> survey from 1982; Map II-B-7 Att. 6-17 has been marked "Superseded" <br /> at a survey of 009-B pond which is not accurate. These maps have <br /> been placed at Attachment III-4-B of this submission. <br /> A revised map list has been prepared. It will replace the list <br /> found in the Index volume, Tabbed "Map List, " and at Vol. 3 App. <br /> II-B-7 Att. 6 page (i) . It is found in this submission at <br /> Attachment III-4-B. <br /> 4 (c) . Re. Small Area Exemptions <br /> A request for technical revision has been submitted to address <br /> areas identified by the Division as needing small area exemptions. <br /> These areas were the subject of NoV C-90-052, which was issued in <br /> October of 1990. Snow cover prevented a survey of the these areas, <br /> which was necessary to preparing the request for technical <br /> revision, until June, 1991 . <br /> The areas identified in the NoV include: <br /> 1 . Mine No. 3 fan area at southwest end of pad. <br /> 2 . Outslope at rock tunnel fill next to south fork of <br /> Dutch Creek. <br /> 3 . Upper and lower Sutey topsoil stockpiles. <br /> 4 . Outer slopes of topsoil stockpile behind district <br /> office. <br /> 5. Lumber storage area by Dutch Creek at Road C <br /> Crossing.* <br /> 6 . South Portal at No. 1 Mine. <br /> 7 . Topsoil pile at 016 pond. <br /> * Lumber has been removed from the pad next to the south Dutch <br /> Creek Crossing at Road C. <br /> 4 (d) . Re.
