RE: Response to Mid-Term Review. Request Technical Revision
19 - Permit C-81-017.
Dear Mr. Mathews:
Mid-Continent Resources has prepared the accompanying response to
the Division's final Midterm Review of Permit C-81-017, which I
received April 30, 1991.
It is my understanding that the Division requires that a Technical
Revision be requested as a means to implement those changes to the
approved permit which are proposed in response to the mid-term
review. Accordingly, Mid-Continent requests Technical Revision 19
in response to the Division's midterm review.
Items to which the Division has required response are contained in
the Mid-term review letter at Section III . Mid-Continent's
responses and accompanying materials are numbered according to the
same system (i .e. Issue III-1 of the Division's letter is addressed
as Response III-1, with supporting materials labeled Attachment
III-1) .
Additional items, including map lists and revised Table(s) of
contents are included as Attachment III-8.
A list of the revisions and additions to the permit follows, as
does a list of the materials found under each Attachment. This, of
course, comprises the bulk of our submittal .
