P. 02 <br /> We are aware that there are elements of the Mid-Continent proposal relating to assurances <br /> that the proper mitigation and reclamation work will be satisfactorily completed, which are <br /> of legitimate concern to the NLRB, and we certainly share in those concerns. We agree <br /> that assurances of proper completion are necessary, but in view of the overwhelming <br /> benefit to the public of Forest Service acquisition of the Coal Basin properties, we do not <br /> want to see the objective lost sight of in the NILRB's deliberations.
