Both agencies are working hand-in-hand to resolve outstanding differences. <br /> The Colorado Department of Health has been largely uninvolved in the reclamation <br /> issues at the mine. <br /> As you are certainly aware, this is a very complex situation given the financial status of <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, the liquidation plan and the reclamation tasks which need to be <br /> undertaken at the mine.
