Chronology - page 2 <br /> - February 1992 - Mid-Continent files a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. <br /> - One item in the Settlement Agreement required Mid-Continent to <br /> demonstrate the capability to reclaim the site. The demonstration was <br /> not provided. <br /> - On August 26, 1992, the Board revoked the permit for failure to meet the <br /> terms of the Agreement, and due to the unwarranted failure to comply <br /> with the permit and regulations (1990 Show Cause Order) . <br /> - The Board ordered that the reclamation plan outlined in the Agreement be <br /> implemented.
