I have also
heard from Steve Renner that M&E and Mid-Continent have entered a
new contract outside of the one approved by the bankruptcy court .
Please confirm whether this is true. If it is., I would
appreciate receiving a copy of the contract .
On the trustee' s accountings there are amounts reserved
under the headings of "Environmental/Sales/Admin" and Minerals
Management Service . Please advise on what is covered by these
amounts . Along these lines, I know that Mid-Continent intends to
do an environmental audit of the facilities area. When will this
audit be conducted and out of which funds will the costs be paid?
I have also noticed in the trustee' s accounting reports that
Pitkin Iron continues to get paid thousands of dollars . What
work is Pitkin Iron performing on behalf of Mid-Continent?
In the past year or so, I have raised to you two concerns
the Division has about the trustee' s accounting. The first
