Many of you received a sheet from Blronwen in the
recent past requesting that the database be updated with acreage information. At that time, it was
somewhat unclear as to the meaning of each database entry with regard to acreage- Therefore,
a select group of staff(and highly intelligent, I might add) met and determined a "defuition" of
each of the database fields to assist the specialist in retrieving the proper information.
First of all, some brief points of interest; IRESE ARE IWORTANT!
1. See myself or another RAMhead for help.
S. For the revision description field, this will be WYSIWYG(pronounced wissymda for those
not familiar with computer jargon and it means "what you see is what you get"). In our
case, this paeans what is entered in this field will be transferred directly to your letter.
So if you code into this field, "THIS revision deals with vent, shaft relocation and sed
