We hope that m money otherwise t allocated to <br />this project from the Reclamation Fund can be paid into the trust <br />fund described below. <br />Mid - Continent reiterates the proposal that unexpended <br />funds in excess of the cost of reclamation according to the <br />approved Reclamation Plan be paid into a Trust Fund to be used to <br />protect and enhance the ecological, historic and recreational <br />values of Coal Basin, including the coke ovens.
