Structures will be <br /> removed and disposed of. Access roads at the Sutey refuse area will be eliminated in some <br /> instances,while in others the roads will be reduced in size and configured to shed water in a <br /> non-erosive and maintenance-free manner_ A drainage ditch will be established from new <br /> the top of the Old Refuse Pile to its base to convey runoff from the pile to creek level. <br /> Topsoil will then be applied to almost all of the areas affected by this project, except road <br /> surfaces needed for access. <br /> Pond Removal Project <br /> Originally,the Division planned to remove all ponds at the site.
