How did you get to this point? What is the relationship with Mid-Continent, <br /> bond forfeiture, etc? <br /> The Division is responsible for accomplishing reclamation of the Coal Basin Mine. We are <br /> responsible for reclamation of the Coal Basin Mine because State statute requires that <br /> the Division of Minerals and Geology accomplish reclamation of a mine following permit <br /> revocation and bond forfeiture. We have been actively engaged in the reclamation of this <br /> site since 1994. <br /> The Division of Minerals and Geology is in possession of the forfeited reclamation bond, <br /> and has the authority to expend it. Mid-Continent Resources and its subsidiary and <br /> affiliated companies are not involved in any reclamation activities in Coal Basin. Further, <br /> these companies have agreed to not intervene in any restoration operations undertaken <br /> by the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br /> The property upon which the Mine Bench Outslopes are located is managed by the White <br /> River National Forest. The mining company does not own or control any properties to be <br /> affected by this Project. <br /> While conducting related reclamation activities at this site, we have attempted different <br /> methods to vegetatively stabilize the Mine Bench Outslopes. The numerous trials have <br /> lead us to the revegetation methodology proposed in the Grant application. We believe, <br />
