The principal spillway is a corrugated metal pipe that has a 3" <br /> opening cut in it at the level shown on Drawing 2 . The emergency <br /> spillway is a trapezoidal cut in the top of dam that is 10 . 0 feet <br /> in width and located 1 .4 feet above the principal spillway inlet . <br /> The sideslopes are 2 . OH : 1 . OV and the bottom of the channel is <br /> riprapped .
