That work will generate <br /> additional underground development waste, which will be placed in <br /> this area . <br /> Reclamation of this tunnel fill area will involve topsoil placement: <br /> and revegetation with the approved 8,000' seed mixture. <br /> The topsoil piles (there are two, one below the sediment ponds, and <br /> one on the south side of Dutch Creek) have been seeded with thE� <br /> te[nporary' seed mix. <br /> c. Haul Roads. <br /> When the current width of the haul roads is no longer necessary for <br /> operations , and when safety considerations allow, Mid-Continent <br /> will begin an inter'_m program aimed at reclamation of the haul. <br /> roads . <br /> The interim reclamation plan is as follows: <br /> - The inside ditch will be moved out approximately 10 ' from <br /> the hillside into the road. <br /> The culvert drainage system will remain functional . <br /> Where the new inside ditch passes over a culvert, thE: <br /> culvert will be uncovered with a backhoe and cut with a <br /> torch. <br /> 17 Revised 2/92 <br />
