Install straw bale dikes or silt fencing along the base of eroding or <br /> barren fill slopes as identified in Attachment A. <br /> 2. Reseed and mulch the following locations : <br /> a. Sites identified in Attachment A, Item 4; <br /> b . See Attachment A, Item 5; <br /> C. See Attachment A, Item 7; <br /> d. See Attachment A, Item 10; <br /> e. See Attachment A, Item 11 ; <br /> f. See Attachment A, Item 13; <br /> g. See Attachment A, Item 14; and, <br /> h. See Attachment A, Item IS. <br /> The approved perennial seedmix shall be applied at the specified <br /> broadcast seeding rate. Hydromulch or straw mulch shall be applied at <br /> the permit specified application rate. Straw mulch shall be applied with <br /> a tackifying agent or anchored in place with plastic netting. <br /> 3. Long, steep fills and dcwnslopes along the upper section of Road 0, as <br /> described in Item 6 , Attachment A, should be reseeded and mulched or <br /> alternatively, the silted in BAT ponds at the base of the slope should be <br /> cleaned out to restore their original storage capacity. <br /> 4.
