It would be a tremendous detriment to the community if access were to be denied to the <br /> public. <br /> I understand that the current owner of the property on both sides of the road is <br /> the Redstone Corporation, which is currently involved in negotiations to sell the <br /> property for development. Now would be the ideal time to establish in perpetuity the <br /> public nature of the access so that any future owners will not be able to close the road. <br /> I would really appreciate a response from each of you concerning knowledge of <br /> the public nature of the road from Highway 133 to the mine washplant, and if it is not <br /> clearly public, what you as government officials and we as citizens can do to have it so <br /> established.
