We appreciate your efforts in providing <br /> this. <br /> The Division is currently awaiting submittals of changes to the current reclamation plan <br /> from the U.S. Forest Service and Mid-Continent Resources. The Division believes that all <br /> of the concerns listed in your letter can be addressed and included into these proposed <br /> changes. <br /> We will notify the public, including the CVEPA, when these new submittals arrive.
