Our initial review <br /> indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br /> Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. , have been submitted; thus <br /> your technical revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes <br /> of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br /> the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br /> filing. <br /> A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential <br /> information, must be filed for public inspection with the Pitkin County <br /> Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also <br /> be made in this copy. <br /> The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been <br /> found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br /> advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3. (2) of the Regulations with the <br /> exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the <br /> informal conference specified in Rule 2.07.3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof <br /> of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as <br /> soon as available after the publication date. <br /> The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br /> determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br /> meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified <br /> as to the Division' s findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br /> application.
