Topsoil plan. <br /> A topsoil replacement plan has been prepared and is submitted as <br /> Attachment 5-A. <br /> Mid-Continent proposes insertion of this plan in the Vol . 8 of the <br /> permit as a new appendix to Chapter V (Reclamation Plan) . A revised <br /> page for the appendix to Chap. V, which would be placed in the <br /> Index volume, has been prepared to indicate the addition of the new <br /> Appendix V-H. <br /> 5(b) .
