As I <br /> discussed with you over the phone, given the size of the disturbance and the <br /> amount of information necessary, the Division must call this a technical <br /> revision rather than a minor revision. <br /> As presented, the Division must deem the revision request incomplete. The <br /> following information must be submitted in order for the revision to be deemed <br /> complete. <br /> 1 . All of the requirements for light use roads in Rule 4.03.3 must be <br /> addressed <br /> 2. A copy of the proposed newspaper advertisement. <br /> 3.
