e <br />The Town requests notification and coordination with the Town with construction <br />activities in and around Leroux Creek as noted in in the EA section on Water Supply/Water <br />Rights (pgs. 83 -84). The Director of Public Works, Mike Owens, can be contacted through the <br />Hotchkiss Town Hall or via website. The Town requests that Mr. Owens or his designee be <br />given the opportunity to attend and observe conditions during BLM's inspections and that the <br />Town be provided with copies of the inspection reports as they are developed. <br />Upon completion of drilling the exploration holes are required to be sealed or converted <br />to water monitoring holes as per the requirements of the Colorado Division of Mining, <br />Reclamation, and Safety and the BLM, as noted on pg. 14 of the EA under Reclamation. The <br />Town requests copies of the Reclamation Reports and the Completion Reports and Diagrams. <br />As stated before the Town of Hotchkiss supports the Oak Mesa Coal Exploration <br />Drilling.
