Northwest Aggregates Inc. <br />"WAND Pit" <br />Exhibit "D" <br />Mining Plan <br />A) Mining operations will consist of 6" — 12" of topsoil to be removed and stockpiled <br />2' — 4' of overburden to be removed and used in reclamation of slopes gravel to <br />be mined and processed on site. <br />B) 2 feet — 6 feet of overburden/topsoil will be removed to expose gravel deposit. <br />C) Water will be discharged from mine under discharge permit #COG501524 with <br />the Yampa river being the receiving waters. <br />D) 32 acres <br />E) 32 acres phase I, to begin summer spring 2012 and run until 2035 or until gravel <br />deposits are depleted . Phase II will start at the completion of phase I after <br />reclamation bond has been calculated and approved by the DRMS and so forth for <br />phase III and VI. <br />F) i 15 feet of pit run gravel to be mined at site. <br />ii Shale is at the bottom of the gravel seam. <br />G) Primary commodity is river rock gravel and sand to be used in construction <br />materials. Secondary commodity to be fill dirt. <br />H) Pit run to be used in production of construction materials. <br />I) None <br />
