NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br /> The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decis' to <br /> approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation plans for then�l <br /> Basin Mines , Permit No. C-81-017, operated by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , <br /> under the provisions of the Colorado Surf Coal Mining Reclamation Act of <br /> 1979. The proposed technical revision (TR 0) was submitted by <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , on July 17, 19 1 for the Coal Basin Mines. The <br /> affected area is located in portions of Sections 31 and 32, T9S, R89W; <br /> Sections 5-8, 10-11 , 14-?1 , 28-30, T10S, R89W; Section 36, T9S, R90W; Sections <br /> 1-2, 11-14, 23-25, T10S, ' R90W; all in the 6th P.M. in Pitkin and Gunnison <br /> Counties. <br /> The subject technical revision designates six areas as small area exemptions <br /> and addresses sediment controls for those areas. <br /> Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Recl mation Division office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br /> 215, Denver, Colorado 80103. Any person who has an interest which is or may <br /> be adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br /> decision.
