MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES
P.O.Box 1298
Glenwood Springs, CO 81602
October 15, 1993
Anthony J. Waldron
Environmental Protection Specialist
Division of Minerals & Geology
1313 Sherman St.
Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
RE: TR 24 - Roads.
Dear Mr. Waldron:
Mid-Continent Resources previously submitted a technical revision, as required by NoV
C-93-092, which concerns reclamation of the roads to achieve erosion control to the
greatest extent possible. The review of the revision is on-going. Mid-Continent waives
the limitation on such period for review to allow input from out consultant, Mr. Lewicki,
whom we have only recently retained.
We have asked Mr. Lewicki, P.E., to review the materials in the permit concerning
roads, as well as the pending revision, and make recommendations. We anticipate that
he will consult extensively with the Division in this matter, and believe additional time
should be allowed.
Yours truly,
Diane Delaney
Mid-Continent Resources
