Bidders are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at this meeting and site showing, all terms and conditions of the contract documents remain unchanged unless they are changed by written amendment issued by the OWNER. If the answers to questions, or any amendment to the contract documents create ambiguities, it is the responsibility of the bidder to seek clarification prior to submitting a bid. BID OPENING DATE The bid opening date for this project is July 23, 1997 at 2:30 p.m. All bid openings are open to the public and bidders are welcome to attend and record the bid results.
