PROJECT WORK DESCRIPTION <br /> PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> The goal of this project is to reclaim the Overland Conveyor Corridor from the North Fork of Dutch Creek <br /> east to Stockpile B, Stockpiles B and M, including the respective back walls and bench areas, the Glory <br /> Hole Pad, and the Warehouse Vicinity. The Conveyor Corridor is located immediately north of Road A <br /> between the Rock Tunnel and Stockpile B. Stockpile B is located just north of Road A at the eastern <br /> terminus of the Conveyor Corridor, while Stockpile M is located south of, and below, Road A. The Glory <br /> Hole Pad is located north east of, and adjacent to, Stockpile B, while the Warehouse Vicinity is located <br /> adjacent to, and east of, Stockpile M. The work areas are all located within one mile of the main entry <br /> gate, and are accessed via Road A (Map 3, Coal Basin Mine Map). <br /> This project will accomplish reclamation of the five work areas and associated disturbances through the <br /> demolition and disposal of concrete foundations, grading of the conveyor corridor, reduction of the back <br /> walls at the Stockpiles and Warehouse Vicinity to approximate the original contour at each area. <br /> Surface drainages will be constructed at various locations. All cut and fill areas, bench remnants, and <br /> the Conveyor Corridor will be revegetated. <br /> Volumes, distances and areas stated in this document are estimations only.
