The following changes and clarifications <br /> should be noted and incorporated into the bid documents : <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1 . Time of Completion The date of completion will be October 16, <br /> 1997 . The time of completion is eighty(80) days. This <br /> includes ten (10) days mobilization time. <br /> 2 . Power Poles Since the Pre-Bid Meeting, I have been advised <br /> that the power poles located along the south margin of the <br /> Conveyor Corridor May be used after reclamation is completed. <br /> Therefore, and contrary to what was indicated at the Pre-Bid <br /> meeting, these poles may remain in place during the <br /> reclamation process. <br /> TASK 2 DEMOLITION <br /> 1. All trash or debris encountered during the project will be <br /> collected and either buried with the concrete rubble <br /> materials, or hauled to the facilities area for disposal by <br /> others . <br /> 2 . Conveyor Corridor There are approximately 114 pairs of <br /> cylindrical concrete foundations exposed along the corridor. <br /> 3 . Conveyor Corridor CONTRACTOR may dispose of concrete rubble <br /> generated during demolition activities at the Conveyor <br /> Corridor by digging a trench along the inside margin of the <br /> corridor, and burying the rubble. A minimum of four feet (41 ) <br /> of cover must be placed over any rubble disposed in this <br /> manner. <br /> 4 . Stockpile M Rubble generated from this work area may be <br /> disposed of within the upper and lower tunnels located within <br />
