1. 0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results of a survey of seven <br /> subsidence monitoring points installed in Coal Basin, Colorado . <br /> The locations of these monitoring points are shown on Map <br /> MCR-84-03-01 ( in poc et) . The monitoring survey was performed on <br /> July 3 , 1984. The survey was conducted for Mid-Continent <br /> Resources, Inc . , Car ondale, Colorado . The scope of work was <br /> discussed with Mr. D ug Bowman, Environmental Coordinator , of <br /> Mid-Continent Resour es, Inc . <br /> 2. 0 SCOPE <br /> The purposes of the subsidence monitoring survey were as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Determine the elevations of subsidence monitoring points <br /> MC-2 , MC-3, MC-4, MC-5 , MC-6 , MC-8 and MC-9 <br /> 2. Determine the changes in elevations of these monitoring <br /> points with respect to the original baseline survey of August <br /> 1981 <br /> 3. Determine the ch nges in elevations of these points with <br /> respect to the 1 st survey in August 1983 <br /> 4. Present the resu is in a format for submittal to the Mined <br /> Land Reclamation, Division of the State of Colorado <br /> -1- <br />
