Please provide documentation or evidence that the 4.5 acre shrub seeding <br />was completed and the 0.57 acre area of shrub transplants was established in accordance with <br />the approved plan. This question remains outstanding as is repeated. Species <br />transplanted included Buffalo Berry, Sumac and Woods Rose. <br />e. As reported in the 2008 ARR, weed control efforts have been ongoing as necessary. <br />Development of a weed control plan is required and is discussed on page 2.05 -71 of the <br />approved permit application. Please submit a technical revision to the permit to incorporate a <br />weed control plan in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. This question remains <br />outstanding and is repeated. Excess spoil fill downdrain repairs have recently been completed at all of the three excess <br />spoil fills at the Lorencito Canyon Mine. Please submit to the Division as- constructed <br />drawings, reviewed and certified by a professional engineer, as appropriate, of all downdrain <br />repairs as per the commitment in your letter of September 16, 2008 regarding repair of <br />damage caused by late summer storm events. This question remains outstanding and is <br />repeated.
