Scott Wanstedt stated they were there <br />to inspect the proposed area for MR -151 for any cultural and historic resources. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Leveling of refuse occurred during the time of inspection.
