PERMIT NUMBERS AND RECLAMATION BONDS <br />Permit #: C -1994 -082 <br />Issued: August 5, 1995 <br />Renewals: 3/6/2001 <br />8/2/2005 <br />8/5/2010 <br />There is only one reclamation bond in effect at the Yoast Mine and it is summarized below. <br />V. PHASE I BOND RELEASE DOCUMENTATION <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.03.1, a permittee may request Phase I Bond release upon successful <br />completion of backfilling, regrading and drainage control in accordance with the approved <br />reclamation plan. The approved reclamation plan can be reviewed in its entirety in the Seneca <br />Yoast Mine Permit Application Package located in the Hayden Public Library, Hayden, <br />Colorado. <br />The Phase I reclamation activities, for the areas requested in SL -4, have resulted in a stable <br />landform in compliance with the approved conditions in the CDMG Permit No. C- 1994 -082. <br />3 <br />
