EXHIBIT C <br />ATTACHED TO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT AMENDMENT APPLICATION (Rule 1.10) <br />OF CLG FARMS, LLC <br />MINING PLAN <br />There will be approximately one (1) foot of top soil removed and one (1) to two (2) feet of overburden. <br />They will both be stockpiled separately inside the west boundary of the permit. A 3:1 slope will be <br />maintained during the mining process. The top soil and overburden will be removed by a carry -all and <br />stockpiled. The top soil stockpile will be approximately 15 feet wide and 8 feet high. The top soil will <br />be stacked in a manner so it can be seeded with grass. <br />A protective bank will be left between the pit and the Surveyor Creek. The Surveyor Creek will be from <br />25 to 75 feet away from the mining pit. The flood elevation of the Surveyor Creek during a ten (10) year, <br />24 hour storm is probably 5 to 6 feet and should never get close to the mining area. <br />See also Exhibit C to original Application signed and dated August 14, 2008, Permit # M -2008- <br />060. <br />
