EXHIBIT B <br />ATTACHED TO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT AMENDMENT APPLICATION (Rule 1.10) <br />OF CLG FARMS, LLC <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />(a) Vegetation in the area is native grass. <br />(b) Permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of the affected area: There are none. <br />(c) This is in the streambed of what is known as Surveyor Creek. This stream bed begins in <br />Sections 7 and 18, being two of the West Sections of Township 1 North, Range 52 West of the <br />6th P.M., Washington County, and meanders Northeast until it disappears into the sandhills about <br />7 '/2 miles North and 4 miles West of the City of Yuma, Colorado, in Township 3 North, Range <br />48 West of the 6th P.M. in Yuma County, Colorado. <br />The streambed is dry most of the year, but is subject to an occasional spring flood. There are a <br />few stock ponds along the stream bed, but none immediately upstream or downstream from this <br />location. At this location it is only a draw with moderately sloping sides. <br />(d) No critical or important wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by the proposed <br />operation. <br />See also Exhibit B to original Application signed and dated August 14, 2008, Permit # M -2008- <br />060. <br />
