Phone: 303 -854 -7499 Email: hl h umphries2ld2comcast. net <br />We have separated the comments in to two main categories; those which appear to be within the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) Rules and Regulations, and those which we believe <br />fall to other jurisdictions, i.e., USFS or Boulder County. Those that fall within the jurisdiction of <br />the MLRB are addressed according to the citizen who provided a comment, with citizen's <br />comments following. <br />Citizen Items of Concern Received by the DRMS: <br />A. Citizen comments which Gold Hill Minerals, Inc. considers as being outside the <br />scope of the MRLB Rules and Regulations: <br />Comments submitted to the DRMS in this section of Gold Hill Minerals "Response to <br />Comments" are comments believed to be addressed by other agencies. Gold Hill Minerals will <br />address these comments as part of our responses to other agencies as part of their <br />permitting process. The MLRB, we believe, does not have legal jurisdiction to address these <br />concerns or base a permit approval on the following list of comment categories.
