The comments are in <br />italics font and our responses are in normal font. <br />DBMS Adequacy Comments: <br />1. Under No. 9, Section III, Page 3 of the Application Form, the Applicant has stated the <br />amount of material to be extracted or moved is `325'. Please specify the units for the <br />amount of material proposed to be moved. <br />Response: <br />The units are cubic yards. As a side note, the electronic application form would not let us place <br />units on the amount of material to be moved. <br />2. Under No. 10, Section III, Page 3 of the Application Form, the Applicant has selected <br />`Declines' as a proposed method ofprospecting. Please clarify how declines will be <br />utilized in the proposed prospecting activities. <br />Response: <br />Existing declines within the underground mine workings may be hand sampled at the site of <br />subsurface exploration drilling. This will not occur until access through the 350 Portal is <br />available. The 350 Portal is now proposed to be up- graded though a separate NOI application to <br />the DRMS. <br />3. Please indicate under No. 12, Section I, Page 3 of the Application Form, whether the <br />prospect sites have been staked on the ground.
