The IP areas are clearly differentiated from <br />those with a Dryland Pasture post- mining land use. <br />SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF MINING — Rules 4.22 through 4.27: <br />Prime Farmland - Rule 4.25 <br />Soil salvage from the Morgan property has been completed. Lift A topsoil and Lift B subsoil <br />had been stockpiled.
