Page 2 of 4 <br />5. Proposed revised pages 2.05 -13 and 2.05 -26 discuss the 100 foot stream buffer zone for <br />Little Grassy Creek. Based on the proposed Map 2.05.3M4 proposed ditches FA -D4 and <br />FA -D9 may be closer than 100 Feet. Please provide a revised Map 2.05.3M4 that <br />identifies the location of Little Grassy Creep and ensure that the proposed surface <br />disturbances and construction activities fall outside of the 100 foot stream buffer <br />zone of Little Grassy Creek. <br />6. Proposed revised page 2.05 -14 discusses the mine ventilation system. The proposed <br />revised page states that two ventilation fans will be utilized with one located at a portal <br />entry and one located on a pad above the portal. Details of one vent fan is discussed on <br />proposed revised page 2.05 -14; however the information does not sate which fan the <br />details describe and no details are outlined for an additional fan. Please address the <br />design and construction details of the additional vent fan proposed in the TR4 <br />application. <br />7. Approved page 2.05 -15 discusses the fuel storage area and oil storage area. This <br />information was not identified or is not included in the proposed TR4. Please discuss if <br />the fuel and oil storage areas are proposed to be relocated or removed through <br />proposed TR4. <br />8. Proposed revised pages 2.05 -21 and 2.05 -24 discuss the access road E -2. Proposed Road <br />E -2 was not identified on either Map 2.05 MIA or 2.05 M1B. Please revise the <br />appropriate maps to delineate the location of proposed Access Road E -2. <br />9. Proposed revised Map 2.05.3 MIA delineates a small access road east from Road C <br />ending at the PECOCO Pond embankment. This proposed road is not labeled on Map <br />2.05 MIA nor is information of this proposed road identified in the proposed revised text. <br />Please provide the appropriate information concerning this access road in <br />accordance to Rule 4.03.2. <br />10. Proposed revised page 2.05 -22 states that coal haulage will occur on Roads A/B /B -1. It <br />appears that haulage will occur on Haul Roads AB /A -1. Please revise to appropriate <br />text to identify the correct coal haulage locations. <br />11. Proposed revised page 2.05 -22 speaks to a 150 degree turn on Haulroad D. According to <br />Map 2.05.3 MIA, this description is based on the previously approved information <br />associated with Haulroad D. Please revise the text on page 2.05 -22 to reflect the <br />appropriate information and design of Haulroad D. <br />12. Proposed revised page 2.05 -24 lists Road C -1 as an access road_ It appears that this <br />should be identified as Road C. Please revise to identify the correct Access Road <br />label. <br />13. Approved Map 2.05.3 M3 identifies Access and Haul Road Profiles. Based on the <br />proposed access and haulroad revisions identified in the TR4 application, Map 2.05.3 M3 <br />will need to be revised. Please provide a revised Map 2.05.3 M3 to delineate the <br />
