DUTCH CREEK FLUME CHANNEL MODIFICATION
The reconstructed channel of Dutch Creek (Concrete flume)
has been surveyed. Within 90 days of permit issuance engineer
design drawings will be submitted to verify that the flume has at
least equal the capacity of the unmodified channel and floodplain
irriediately upstream to pass the peak flow from a 100 year/24
hour precipitation event.
