CONCLUSIONS <br /> Sedimentation and drainage control structures have been designed for <br /> Mines 1 and 2, and 2 additional pad areas. These proposed structures will <br /> enable the operator, Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , to meet both state .and <br /> Federal regulations for sediment and drainage control of coal mines. <br /> Construction of the proposed 1120-foot long storm sewer will involve <br /> considerable disruption to traffic or. the haul road to Mines 1 and 2. <br /> Compaction of backfill of all culvert and storm sewer must meet specif,- <br /> cations to assure satisfactory continued use of the haul road by heavy <br /> traffic. <br /> 32 <br />
