WILDLIFE STATEMENT. <br />EXHIBIT H <br />We wish to thank Mr. Bob Holder the local Wildlife Officer <br />from the Colorado Parks & wildlife Division for the time he took <br />to review the site. Attached is the wildlife state he prepared <br />for the site. Included is a seeding recommendation that is not <br />consistent with our reclamation plan and we do not plan to use <br />it. It will be supplied to the landowners that my choose to use <br />it in th future. <br />Existing wildlife in the area is not expected to be signifi- <br />cantly impacted by mining at this site. Temporary and permanent <br />losses of food and habitat is not expected to be significant, as <br />the area currently is surrounded by large areas of similar <br />habitat where the animals can temporarily relocated during <br />mining. <br />27 <br />
