AMU Pt ,91U 0
Re: BB and 2700 Road Reconstruction Project — Final Acceptance
December 13, 2010 Letter Requesting Acceptance
Dear Mr. Wade:
Thank you for the letter requesting conditional Montrose County acceptance and initiation of the
warranty period for the BB and 2700 Road Reconstruction Project.
Thank you for all the documents provided that were requested in the November 1, 2010
Punchlist Letter.
We are therefore hereby accepting all the reconstructed facilities within the 60 -foot right -of -way
areas as shown on the As -Built Record Drawings (received December 17, 2010 from Jay Thoe,
P.E.) for Montrose County ownership and maintenance as specified in the original Special Use
Permit documents.
We have observed what appears to be additional deep settlement in a couple areas of BB Road as
mentioned previously in the August 18, 2010 letter to Ross Gubka and the December 6, 2010
letter to Jay Thoe. Montrose County is willing to start the warranty period clock as of the date
on this acceptance letter, however we propose to monitor the settlement areas with survey
measurements and propose a one year extension of the warranty period for every year that any
measurable settlement is observed.
Since
C.
