April 8, 2009
Tom Everist
P.O. Box 1609
556 Adams Ave.
Silverthorne, CO 80498
Dear Mr. Everist,
n L
PROPP REALTY MANAGEMENT LLC
Subject: South Maryland Creek Ranch
I am writing in regards to the above - mentioned project. We own the home at
27612 N. Hwy 9, Silverthorne, adjacent to this project, and have been and will
remain big supporters of this development.
This project has been going on for around five years, and we are being subjected
to some negative side of effects of this major undertaking. Our primary concerns
are dirt, dust, truck noise, jake braking, speeding, and some dangerous traffic
situations. There are many other residents who are very concerned, especially
given the new school on Highway 9.
With another four or five years to go, I would like to request that steps be taken to
improve some of these issues. Also, there is a truck turn -in directly across from
our driveway gate. Could this be relocated further north?
Again, I want to emphasize our support for this project. We would just like some
consideration on these matters.
Sincerely,
a q/ 2 7
Daryll Propp
CC: John Roberts, Summit County Senior Planner
Michael Johnson, City of Silverthorne Planning Manager
"We set the standards in property management."
12600 West Colfax Ave., B -130
Lakewood, CO 80215
Tel: (303) 233 -4000
Fax: (303) 233 -3100
leasing @propprealty.com
www.propprealty.com
