The <br />objection letter was forwarded to Everist Materials. for their consideration. <br />The Division considers your letter a formal objection to the Maryland Creek Ranch 112 Construction Materials <br />Application. Attached is a citizen guide that explains the 112- objection process. Please note the paragraph on page <br />3 that I have highlighted which states: "The Board's jurisdiction does not extend to land use decisions, visual or <br />economic impacts, noise, traffic, dust and other nuisances, or socioeconomic issues. Local government, through the <br />local land use and planning and permitting process, handles these issues. The Board and the Division do not have <br />authority in such matters..."
